I’ll Be Coming Back To Di Matteo Group

I have recently purchased a home with the help of Daniel Di Matteo and his team. They were very helpful in every situation that occurred from the moment we began searching for condos to the close of escrow. I am a very last minute adjust to my schedule kind of person and Daniel was always available (or made himself so) when I needed something.

During escrow we encountered some issues, none of them being our fault or even in our control. No matter what the situation, Daniel was quick to find out the reasons for them and always stayed on top of getting them resolved so that we could move forward in our transaction. I had an outside loan officer who was not always on top of things an Daniel also made it a point to follow up with him when facing delays.

I have had a wonderful experience with Daniel and his team who have, in the end, made my experience in buying a home a pleasurable and happy one. I am very happy to say as a first time home buyer, when I decide to sell my condo and buy a house. I will be coming back to Daniel Di Matteo.
