I had the good fortune of working with Daniel Di Matteo on the sale of my last residence. He was very knowledgeable and made the process as easy as possible. In my situation I needed a short-sale approval from my lenders and he was able to obtain the approvals quickly. I initially was concerned with the timeline since I knew of others that were in my situation that had their property on the market for a year until they finally sold.

Daniel assured me that although there are a lot of uncertainties out of his control, he would be proactive in the areas where he could be. To say he was proactive would be a severe understatement. Even in this current real estate market Daniel was able to close the sale relatively quickly.

I was referred to Daniel by two other friends that each were in similar situations. I am glad I did and will not hesitate to give anyone else Daniel’s phone number for their real estate needs. There is no doubt in my mind that Daniel will provide excellent results whether you are in the market to buy, sell, conventional or non-conventional as well.
