For those who have experienced the home buying process you know how stressful it can be, for those who have not experienced the buying process take it from me the ride can be bumpy; however, it makes a world of a difference when you have a great realtor who is on your side helping each step of the way. Daniel Di Matteo was that and more for me.

When I met Daniel I was already a little over a year into going back and forth on finding the right home and getting the buying process started. Daniel took me under his wing and in less than 6 months, I was a proud homeowner. Daniel is a great example of what a realtor should be.

As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions, endless requests, and without a doubt I was so indecisive on which would be the right place for me. Daniel was patient with me every step of the way. Never once did Daniel make me feel as though I was a bother, he helped me with everything in such a timely manner without one complaint. If his pleasant personality was not enough, he was incredibly knowledgeable!

Even when I was finished with all of the transactions and the house officially belonged to me, Daniel still went out of his way to help me with my mailbox, my spare key, my garage opener, etc. He could have easily taken on the attitude of “you are not my responsibility anymore” but he did not, he stood with me down to my very last question.

Every first time home buyer should have a realtor such as Daniel. I was able to be open with him and he was very willing to help me understand things and even correct any confusion. He made me feel extremely comfortable and I can say it is because of him, I had the best first time home buyer’s experience I could have ever had.
